I have been a patient for years. Always liked the PA. and DR. Some, not all of the office staff have terrible attitudes. I have numerous times been made to feel like a bother as opposed to a patient. Last month I called and left a message to have the PA call me back. This message went unanswered. A second call was placed with a voice mail left. Ultimately a «nurse» returned my call and stared she would take my complaint and determine if the PA would need call me back. Here I am a month later with no call back. Apparently my issue wasn’t worthy of a return call. Time to look for a new Derm.
