Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the quality of the work this company does. I can say that I am not impressed by their customer service.
I called to obtain an estimate for a job. It was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. They called on Thursday to ask to reschedule for the following Monday. This was fine with me and a time of 9:30 was set. 9:30 came and went.
At 10:00, I called to see what the problem was. I was told, «he forgot». I was asked to wait for a call back, which came very quickly, and was told that he was on a job where there was no cell phone reception so he could not be contacted.
I give 2 stars because they did call the first time but I can’t do any better because, «he forgot».
