She trimmed my large toenail down the side, and when I pulled back and asked her to please not do that, she just shrugged and continued her conversation in a foreign language to another worker. I ended up with a painful, ingrown toenail that took months to heal. Never again.

My last experience at Luu was horrible. I waited about 45 minutes to get an acrylic fill. Granted, it was a Friday afternoon around 5– probably prime tome for business. When I was sat for my service, I was not with my usual tech, Tony. He is the proprietor and apparently the far superior tech. Andy was not very friendly. He seemed to just want to get the job done– part of me can appreciate this. The problem started when he would take the occasional break to answer a text message. It escalated when he juggled filing my nail and balancing his cell phone between his ear and shoulder. When this became too much, he placed the phone on the desk and proceeded to have a conversation via speakerphone. Never an apology or explanation– I was clearly on his time. Sadly, I will not be returning to Luu Nails. While the work is terrific, the customer service is horrible.
