I love this place. I may be biased because I can walk there from my house, but it really has everything a neighborhood library needs — books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, internet-​accessible computers, and a children’s area with books and puzzles.
It’s nice that it’s connected to the Licking county library system, because they can get pretty much anything that you can request. I get several DVDs and blu-​rays per month from here and occasionally check out new music as well.
We love bringing out daughters here because the kids’ area just feels like home. Our daughters get puzzles out, look at books, and check out a lot of books too!
We request things all the time to check out and they’re very timely at getting them in. In fact, the staff is awesome. So friendly, they feel like neighbors.
Check out their special events on select evenings and in the summer, they have children’s events on Tuesdays at 11am. They have story hour on weekdays, but for those of us who work during the day, I sure wish they had story hour in the evenings sometimes (they did it once in May).
