McDonald’s

Out of the the Mcds in the area, this place is the bottom of the list for service. I ordered a Large Coke Zero and a 4pc nugget and I couldn’t tell you how long i waited for it. It had to be at least 15 – 20 mins. There was a family of 3 in front of me who waited just as long. Its hard to believe this place is called fast food.
What else can I say except go to the other Mcds.

VERY POOR SERVICE! Ordered food only to wait 45 minutes for them to give it to someone else in front of me. They were poorly under staffed, and they were throwing food away because people weren’t right there to take their food.
I will never go here again. Staff surely aren’t trained to take on big crowds. I’m amazed they are still in business.
Save yourself the aggravation, and drive to Burger King or Taco Bell.

In between visiting the Johnstown Flood National Memorial and the Inclined Plane the natives were getting restless for a quick snack so we chose to get off the highway to get greased and lubed at this McD’s.

But from the service point-​of-​view our lovely cashier couldn’t wrap her head around the concept that for the kids meals we wanted only apples with no fries.
Attempt #1 yielded no apples and one box of fries.
Attempt #2 yielded no apples and two boxes of fries.
Attempt #3 finally yielded the apples without the fries.
On a sidebar, it’s ironic how McD’s attempts to BS everybody with their crap about being more health conscious with their menu offerings yet you pay a drink upcharge to get juice/​milk versus soda and they’ll be more than happy to give you no apples along with two orders of fries but if you ask for two apples and no fries they act as if you just threatened to have the Department of Health show up.
But anyway, between that plus myself and others getting the stink eye from Jed the janitor who was annoyed because we were in his way while he was mopping the floor during the middle of the lunch rush this place is a complete fail that I can’t imagine returning to even if I’m going into anaphylactic shock due to a lack of grease in my diet.
