I went here for my knee about a week ago rather than going to the emergency room where I would wait for who knows how long. I was by far not the happiest with this place due to many things. The receptionist was a very nice and friendly lady and she was great to deal with! She was not the issue I had with anything. I waited and was called back, but the nurse was rude and didn’t seem to care about my problems and didn’t care why I was there v The thing that bothered me the most was the female doctor that saw me. I went in and the doctor was pretty rude to me and acted like she knew everything. She told me all I did to my knee was twist it and she gave me a script for medicine and sent me on my way. Honestly, if all I did was twist it I wouldn’t have gone there to begin with. I went there to see if she could help me, but her ‘know it all attitude’ got in the way and she wasn’t helpful, but rude. I then went to my orthopedic doctor which I should have done to begin with because this doctor didn’t know what she was talking about at all. Turns out, I most likely need knee surgery, but«all I did was twist it»

When you would rather forgo an emergency room these places are good enough to stop at. Always clean, always friendly, and always able to help. They take most, if not all, insurances which is great. The only puzzling thing about these places that really confuses me is that you can walk in and there could be no one else in the waiting room and you still sit there for an average of twenty minutes. Once in the back, there is always a wait as well. I know it’s a medical place and you can’t be seen as soon as you walk it, but if there is no one else to be seen, what’s the hold up? Don’t get me wrong, I love these types of places. Less copay equals something great for us all. Plus no appointment needed and you can usually walk out with either a prescription, or for an extra fee, they can give you the medication there.
