V-Nails

Horrible quality. Missed chunks of nails and were not professional. I’ll never go back.

Holy cow. Horrible would be a generous description. Unfortunately since they’re the only nail salon in a 20 mile radius they don’t have any competition.
Booked a bridal party a month in advance for a Tuesday morning.
We get there right on time but since they took walks in that morning in place of our appt, they were completely booked. I could tell we were so important obviously.
Then they complained about the 3 of us needing fake nails. They didn’t have the time. The list of complaints goes on and on but I’ll summarize.
Ruined the bridal party nail experience. We went one at a time as they could squeeze us in, literally taking walk ins as we’re waiting.
Ultimately we were there over 4 hours to do 8 girls nails and pedis. And on top of that, they didn’t give us a discount whatsoever.
They also messed up the charge on my friends card and decided texting her for the next 2 days was the most professional way to ask to rectify their mistake.
All in all absolute worst bridal party nail salon visit I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’m very happy I’ll never be there ever again.

When I lived in Johnstown, I used to get my nails done here all the time. They were always pleasant and friendly, and it was easy to get an appointment. Maybe not the cleanest place, but it seemed hygienic enough. Had so many nail polishes to choose from. Now that I’ve had my nails done other places, I realize that at V-​Nails, they always did the acrylic really thick… which was kind of annoying. Nails were always ruined when I took them off, but all in all, it was a good place with friendly staff who were good at what they did.
