My daugther picked Your Best Day from a «preferred vendor» list provided by the wedding venue. The appointment to pick out and plan flowers was fine, with a few small changes added along the way(we met with this vendor in March and the wedding was in August). On my daughter’s wedding day, flowers were already at the venue when we arrived, with no one from Your Best Day there. We had purchased a basket of flower petals for the flower girl, which was no where to be found. We had also asked that a family Bible be incorporated into my daughter’s bouquet, but again there was no one present to do this(as my daughter had been told when she inquired about adding this). The flowers seemed to be either old or of lesser quality, as they were wilted within a few days of the ceremony. I feel for what we paid, the service/quality should have been better.
