Needed a stopping point for a 1200 mile drive west and wanted to be on the west side of Chicago when I stopped. This place was right off I-55 and just a few miles away from I-80 so it was ideally placed. Booked through an online travel site and got a decent rate. Good thing I booked in advance because the hotel was almost sold out the night I was there. Check-in was a breeze and I was in my room within 15 minutes of arriving. Room was nice and clean, linens fresh, bathroom clean, TV, microwave and small refrigerator all working. Despite the complaint of Scott O on 6÷24÷15, we had no problem connecting to the hotel WiFi using the password on our key card holder. I was able to work and my son had no problem with some online gaming. Beds were a bit firmer than I like, but I suspect that is to help them last so the chain doesn’t have to replace the mattresses that often. Breakfast the next morning was your standard hot breakfast most hotel chains are offering — eggs, potatoes of some kind, sausage or bacon, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, pastries, bread for toasting, juices, and coffee/tea. Dining area is somewhat small and since the hotel was booked, it was kind of crowded. Staff had a hard time keeping up with everyone, but there were enough choices that we had no problem getting enough food before we checked out. Check out process was smooth and painless and getting back on I-55 to get back to I-80 was a piece of cake. Will definitely keep this place in mind as a stopping point in the future.

This place automatically loses 2 stars because of the poor wi fi. Seriously step it up, I have work to do. Not a big BW fan but we thought we would give it a shot, normally I stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff is friendly and the room is clean, but the little things a hotel usually provides are out of place. Makes me think the place is run on a cheap budget and cut corners wherever. The wi fi needs addressed ASAP and I would advise against staying here if you have work to do.

Wonderful experience from the day I booked 6 rooms and a conference room until the time we checked out after our stay. Everyone working at hotel were always pleasant and willing to help in anyway possible. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast room was monitored and clean the entire time it was open. Great pool and hot tub.

We were out in Joliet for a wedding, the hotel that was blocked out was booked and they suggested this hotel. The front desk/owner is very friendly, our room was spacious and clean. Very reasonable, plus breakfast bar and pool.

We were on our way through the area and needed a place to sleep, it was perfect! A decent pool and spa to relax in and helpful staff.

decent place… plenty of parking, check in was a breeze… room ok — clean, microwave, fridge, flat screen tv… however, the fridge did not work and the microwave managed to ruin 2, not ONE but TWO bags of popcorn! nice indoor pool & hot tub area(although we did not partake in those festivities)…exercise room leaves alot to be desired — 1 bike, a sit up bench, 1 pair of 5 lb. weights, water cooler w/no cups, a 19 in. tv(with NO remote, so i had to manually control the channel and volume), & a treadmill that doesn’t work(dangerous actually)…if i had not been holding on to the bars at the exact same time that the thing stopped on me — YES, it completely STOPPED while i was running at a 5.0 speed… can u imagine the damage that could have been caused? i shudder to think… anyhoo…the front desk attendant was nice, but she obviously had a couple of friends visiting her while she was working, because she kept leaving the front desk to go out one of the side doors with them, and would be gone for a decent amount of time(we were in the exercise room for at least 45 minutes and saw her leave with them at least 2x)…i would hate to have been checking in during one of her ‘breaks’…the breakfast was pretty good actually, plenty of options and everything pretty well stocked… all in all, i would stay again, if in a pinch… we had a 3 hour drive to get there(after work) and had to leave by 7:30 the next morning, so it served its purpose… but for the price i paid(about $ 85…priceline said $ 72, but came to $ 84-something when i checked in), i’d look into other options first.
