When I first moved to Joliet, I was so excited to see this place! I spend a lot of time at the library, and this place has such a great atmosphere. They have lots of events with local artists and photographers and kids’ contests!
There is such a wide variety of food, from sandwiches to soups to salads. The coffee is great as well. My ONLY down side to this place is that it is oftentimes very slow, since usually the owner is the only one working. I’ve waited 20+ minutes for my food before, but have also gotten my food in less time. It really just depends on the day.

I love this place and love the owner. Combining my very favorite things a great library, great food and great people. My son loves it here as do I! What s great place to have a love for reading with wonderful coffee. She brings in the community with open mike nights, art, and great music. It’s a rare find!

I love this place! I recently moved out here from Chicago and was excited to find a place that serves Intelligentsia coffee! The awesome menu is a bonus, plus it includes lots of veggie options. I’ve spent everyday in this library for the last 5 weeks studying for an exam and I have yet to get tired of this place. The service is wonderful and the specials keep it interesting. Worth the trip!
