Wish I could give them a zero.
I’m calling from Milwaukee to get legal help. I used their website and a young lady called and took my pertinent information. I’m told to call back 1 week later and talk to Attorney Neil Patel at 1pm
It is 1pm. I call and am put on hold for 10 min. Receptionist says Neil Boy is in a meeting and for me to call back in 15 min. I tell her to have him call me and she says he won’t.
Obviously they don’t need my fee or business. My sister is a Joliet cop and says they are the best in town. Doubtful! I’ll do it pro se or get someone who knows how to be punctual.
