Edible Arrangements

I ordered a large arrangement and stuffed animal for a co-​worker and scheduled to have it delivered. When it arrived, the arrangement looked more small than large and the stuffed animal was missing. I called the store to inquire about the size and was told to text a picture to the owner, Debbie. She informed me that the size was correct, but stated that I could come and pick up the stuffed animal. I informed her that I would not be picking up the stuffed animal and asked her to have it delivered, since that is what I paid for. She stated that she had «about 100 other deliveries today» and scoffed at trying to come back out. I informed her that had the stuffed animal been delivered the first time, they would not have to make a second trip. Hours later she had the stuffed animal delivered, but not after providing terrible customer service. She was very condescending and rude over the phone and we will not be ordering from this location again.

My hubby just got me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries from here and some blueberry truffles for our daughter. So fresh and delicious! He said the customer service when he went in to place the order was so good, he joined the loyalty program. Great news for me… It only took 6 years to train him to get me strawberries instead of flowers for our anniversary.
When we went to pick them up, late afternoon, the owner helped us and was super sweet offering samples and was excited to tell us they were slowly going to be expanding their offerings at this location. We are thrilled, where we moved from had a location with smoothies and other goodies — we’re thrilled.

Horrible service. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, no one came out from the back where I could hear them laughing and talking. I will not be returning

The arrangements are beautiful. Great gift for people who have everything. Bought an arrangement for my sister’s birthday. She loved it. I went to the store and the lady who helped me was very nice and gave me a 5off coupon. I will definitely go back when I need another gift for someone.

Had some trouble getting something delivered for Mom’s Day. Didn’t now the mom-​n-​law was away for an extended vacation. The folks at Edible Arrangements said, «no problem, we’ll just deliver this when she finally gets home.» This after making something and taking it to her empty home. Then, when she did get back, we still had trouble getting it to her. Again, «no problem, we’ll do whatever it takes.» Wow, not use to this kind of service anymore. And, she loved the arrangement! Thanks guys, you are truly the best!!!

This is the third year in a row that I have used Edible Arrangements from this location. Its fantastic. I live in Los Angeles and send stuff to my parents every year and not only is it incredible fresh, its delivered early in the morning and my mom says it tastes great.
Its a reliable company and the customer service at this location is terrific. You couldn’t ask for more.
