If I could give it .01 stars I would! I love Joann’s for their fabric selection, but this location is a nightmare! Everything is a mess. The staff is unbelievably rude!!! The day before Halloween, the woman cutting was dressed as a witch and boy was it accurate! She was so snippy and condescending to my Mother-in-law and me. Then today gave a reason to never go back! I was strolling through the aisles chatting with my almost 3 year old and wearing my baby. Everything was fine, then the 3 yo puked! I was tending to him when I called for help. I couldn’t even hear what her annoyed response was but she clearly thought I was waiting for something to be cut. I said, «I’m in the aisle» and she ignored me! 5 minutes later(felt like 30!) she finally walked up and snapped«uh, can I help you?» After I told her that my son just vomitted, she just walked away then shortly returned to clean it up. I waited in the aisle with my screaming child so no one would walk through it. She didn’t say a word to me. I thanked her and apologized, she said«uh, huh.» We went to the bathroom to clean up and wait for my sister-in-law to arrive. He was screaming and crying. No one came in to check on us. My SIL said you could hear my little man from the front door(the bathroom is in the back). I was dealing with this, by myself, for at least 20 minutes from start to finish and not a single employee showed any sort of compassion, sympathy, or sensitivity. I was completely ignored. With a staff full of women, one would assume some of them are probably mothers or grandmothers. How can they see a struggling mother and not at least empathize with my situation? I will never return to this location!!!

Rudest employees ever. They’re either completely oblivious to your presence or deliberately ignore you. And little tip: when a customer tells you they’re working on a special project, it would be helpful to actually work with the customer instead of pointing somewhere without making eye contact and saying«over there.» These aren’t even young people. These are older women who ought to have better manners.

I love the craft store. I am always working on some kind of project. But let me tell you, it’s always a headache to go to this store. Especially when you have a crying, whining husband tugging at your shirt through every single aisle only to find that the line is 20 people deep. No joke, I counted the number of customers, 20. I put my stuff back, it wasn’t worth it to stand in line. Their selection is so much smaller than the Joann’s in Naperville as well, which is a shame since it is a lot farther away from me.
