I stopped in tonight to get 2 fish dinners to go. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and the fish was great. I didn’t care for their style of cole slaw, though. It was oily and lacked flavor and seasoning. Even so, it was well worth the trip and the prices were fair.

Came in for some fish on Ash Wednesday and had to wait 20 minutes but it was worth it. The Cod fish is tasty with some soggy fries and a piece of white bread. Yummy.
It doesn’t look like much from the street but is good a few times a year for fish. You may have some time to kill after you order so enjoy some cheap drinks at the bar while you wait.

been coming here since i was a wee toddler, best deal on some amazing fried fish and fries! they are only open on fridays and saturdays so mark the weekly calender! friendly service and has a good sized bar, expect alot of locals at night but nothing out of hand unless its lent, fridays are insane during lent, the chicken is delicious and let me finish with the cole slaw absolutely my favorite! stop by here if your ever in this side of illinois!
