I had tamales from here the other day for the first time and they were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back for more as they were the best tamales I have ever had.

Owner is very rude to customers and prices are higher than other mexican stores. Been there a few times and never been impressed. I rather drive further down to reach a reasonable shop who deserves my hard earned money.

Kinda hard to spot at first, next to the cemetery and behind that chili restaurant. The outside looked rundown in general and had various advertisement posters posted all over. Pretty much this place is a grocery store/hot food/bake goods all rolled into one. Ordered 4 tacos(only offer steak, chorizo, pork, and tongue filling) for $ 1.50 each and it might take a little while since they were made to order, not already made. They also had a few dinner entrees at around $ 5 – 6, wouldn’t recommend the $ 1 gorditas, unless you’re going to eat it while hot. Menudo goes for $ 5.99 half gallon and $ 11.99 for a gallon. Its ok overall, but I’ve had better. Tacos were just amazing! They packed an awful lot of meat into 1 taco and it has quite a bit of flavor, especially when you pour the included salsa(not hot sauce) onto it. Definitely a hidden gem on the west side.
