Just a heads up, there’s no dine in seating here. This is strictly to place and pick up orders. The pizzas were fresh but they were small for what I paid. The wings however, we’re pretty good and big. They were almost as big as the ones Hooters of Joliet sells! I felt that the wait wasn’t terrible(the staff was friendly), but next time, I will call for delivery. The cold ass bathroom &2 seats are not someplace I want to wait a half hour at.

Worst Pizza Hut location in town. I used this one because it was on my way home but the girl who took my order kept getting it wrong. I ordered one pizza and a side, it’s not hard. I then got a call back saying they can’t do light sauce on half a pizza but I never even asked for that. Waiting in my car for my order now because they had to redo it.

This Pizza Hut is horrible! Never got my order and then they had the nerve to call and say someone accidentally brushed up against the oven knob and it turned off! How dumb could they be! I’m sorry! Never again

Ugh. I don’t even like Pizza Hut, but for some reason I had a nostaglic craving for the sausage pizza we used to eat during lunch in high school. I ordered a pizza, two p’zolos and some wings online. ETA30 minutes, which sounded wonderful. I hopped in the shower thinking I had some time before they delivered. Got out of the shower and noticed I had missed a couple of calls from them, so I called back. The gentleman who answered notified me that it was policy for them to verify my order since I was a new customer and had ordered online. So he verified the order with me, apologized for the inconvenience and stated they would get the stuff in the oven ASAP for me. No problem! An hour and a half goes by and I started getting agitated, by now me & my husband are starving and wondering WTF is going on. My husband called them to check on the status, and the woman he spoke to said it was on it’s way. No problem! Two minutes later, I get a call on my phone from them. It was a young girl stating our order had been cancelled because they had called a couple of times and I had not called back. They said they had cancelled the order because they no longer have the p’zolos. I informed her I did indeed call back and was told TWICE that my order was okay and on its way. I told her to cancel the order completely. She asked if I was sure and I said yes– no way was I giving them my business now. What really pissed me off further was that there was another women telling this girl what to say to me during the conversation. It must have been the manager, who is actually the one who should have called in the first place. If I ever eat Pizza Hut again, it will not be from this location!
