Robert was extremely easy to work with, diligent about communication, completely updated my Mac, which was really messed up with Trojans and then he updated my operating system, losing none of my important stuff! I could not be happier with this service, and am getting my husband’s computer in immediately. But his price for all this was only $ 99, and I am astonished and very happy!

After months of having computer problems this guy helped me out and solved the problem in minutes of telling him what was wrong. He didn’t even charge me. He told me to handle warranty things first before bringing it for service. I replaced the part he suspected was the problem (motherboard) and my computer works like its brand new. He gives great advice and has the equipment to get the job done.

Recently, I mentioned to a friend of mine that I had been noticing that my notebook computer which I recently purchased at Best Buy seemed to be running slow and crashing. A friend of mine referred me to RepairLogic and told me to give Rob, the owner, a call. I explained to Rob that the laptop was only 6 months old and that I had purchased it through Best Buy and that I believe it may have a virus or faulty hardware. Rob actually told me that I had a year warranty through Best Buy and that it would be in my best interest to bring it to them because I shouldn’t have to be charged for diagnostic testing or software that could possibly be faulty due to it having a warranty. (I had no idea it even had a warranty because i purchased it as an open box item for a discount so this made me happy!) After taking the computer over to Best Buy, the contacted me and told me that the hardware was running fine, but that there was «possibly» a virus and that removing the virus is considered a «software» component and that is not covered by the warranty. When I asked what the virus removal would cost, they told me it was going to be $ 200.00! Then he told me that it would cost an additional $ 100.00 or so to back up the computers existing files. Yikes! I was not willing to spend 200 bucks on «possibly». I decided to give Rob a call with the bad news and he told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it and take care of it for me. His pricing is INCREDIBLY reasonable and it turns out the computer just needed some tweaking an there weren’t actually any virus’s on it at all! I am THRILLED with this place and will be returning here if I have any issues from now on out. I love that he was honest about my warranty which saved me a little bit of money, but for the professionalism, price difference and quality of work, I would have gladly paid him in the first place! My computer was back to me in less than 24 hours and he provided me a warranty for the work he provided. I will be referring everyone I know with computer anything to this shop. Thank you!

I recently had my laptop repaired there. Robert (the owner) was very professional, and sent me updates on the status of my repairs. I will NEVER go to Best Buys Geek Squad again, RepairLogic’s prices are more than half the price of Best Buy and you get a quicker turn around and better service. A+
