I can’t say enough good things about SUDA and their staff! My daughter and I spent almost 4 years at a traditional oriental martial arts school. For 3 of those years it was a battle to get her to go, and almost every class she cried to and from there. When I decided to switch to SUDA, my daughter was done with martial arts. She never wanted to do it again. I asked her to give SUDA a try, and if she didn’t like it, I’d let her quit. From the moment we walked in the doors we were treated as family! The staff there made my daughter and I feel so comfortable that by the end of her first class she was wanting to compete! One of the things I was worried about is that they would tell us to forget everything we had just spent 4 years learning. They didn’t do that. In fact, they taught us how to use what we already know in their system of martial arts!

Best training around! I attend as well as both my children. Instructors are very experienced in many styles of martial arts. From wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, sambo and many more SUDA has you covered. SUDA also offers a great fitness class. Daily training allows a fit for everyone’s schedule. I’ve been to several schools in the past before finding SUDA. I’ve been there for 8 years now. The Most important part of SUDA is family atmosphere. If you want a top notch school check out SUDA.

Love the gym! Knowledgeable coaches, real family feeling, and huge training area! One of the few gyms with great well rounded stills. A lot of gyms are good at either Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, OR striking, but SUDA is great at them all! BEWARE: There are more than a few gyms out there with little to no credentials or experience, BUTSUDA is NOT one of them. They have world wide experience with a true lineage of creditable instructors.

I want to start out by saying I run regularly and do 5k’s and 8k’s with no problems in fitness… Then I come to Suda and do the MMA fitness program, HELLO! Fitness level was way off from what I thought it was! Every muscle is used in these Ultimate Fighter type workouts! Its Coed and will not discriminate, man or woman you will be tested! I quit Cardinal and am now funneling my fitness budget exclusively to something that works! Examples of workouts include but not limited to: 200 Jumping Jacks with random sprawling, sit ups with a 8−12lb medicine balls, crab walks, kicking drills, footwork… etc etc etc
