I have been going to this location for the past several years. I have bought 3 phones from here also. A while back they decided to be freaks and start having someone walk around with a clip board asking you what you wanted when you walked in. You then found yourself waiting forever to get help of any kind. The whole setup it beyond freaksville. I work close this location so I sometimes stop in to pay cash if I don’t pay online. I stopped in last night to pay and I was standing there for a good 3 or 4 minutes before the guy with the clipboard came over and asked my name and then said they will be with me in a few minutes. So I waited and waited and then he is now talking to someone that just came in, getting their information. In the meantime, a cashier became available and was standing there doing nothing. They knew I waiting but didn’t tell me to come over, so I was waiting for the guy with the freaking clipboard. After 5 minutes I just left and then went back today. Today when I went in there was no clipboard person around so I just went and stood in line. Maybe he was on break, not sure. I made my payment and paid cash. The cashier then asked me if I wanted an email or text. I said I wanted a printed receipt. She says they are going paperless and wouldn’t give me one. I don’t know this chick from adam, how do I know that she actually applied the payment, not to mention technology is always messing up. I called T-Mobile customer service after I left and told them what has happened to this once good location and I didn’t hold back. This place sucks now and won’t be back. I will go out of my way to go to another location.

This location is managed by the same manager as the Shorewood location and the Morris location. When I called this location looking for the manager who had outright lied to us the day before(and placed us in a miserable situation with half our lines transferred from Sprint and half not, with two invoices coming and stuck with the ETFs until all lines were transferred), the rep answered the phone unprofessionally, said she did not know where the manager was(after initially telling us he was in, she backtracked and said he was not in), and was(like the Shorewood location) absolutely no help. These people are just out to make quotas and get bonuses. They are liars. Mentirosos. Go to the mall location and get taken care of by people that are actually paid by T-Mobile and won’t sell you a bag of goods. «No», if you read this, you should be ashamed of yourself. Ashamed. And you should train your staff better– if you cared about your customers enough to do so. You left a young(maybe 18) girl who was completely unequipped to answer any questions or do anything alone in a store yesterday– and you showed us a packing list which had nothing to do with what you were going to get in yesterday. Not only did you lie to us– you lied to the couple that was there right after us and told them the same bullshit just to get your sale. I am glad that you won’t get the credit that the mall location will. I am glad that others will not go to your store and will go to the mall location as well. I hope you learn from this and will start by setting honest expectations with your customers and not just lie to get your sale. We spent a total of four hours in your incompetent, lying store. Four hours. If I can save just one more customer from your misery, it will have been worth it.
