Bliss is the best cupcake café that I’ve ever eaten at! The red velvet with cream cheese frosting was so good that I could have eaten another! The staff was very friendly and willing to explain what was in each flavor of cupcake. They have a punch card reward system where if you get so many punches you get a free cupcake! Isn’t that cool? I will definitely be trying all of the different flavors they have to offer!
