After being a customer here for over two years, the rent has escalated beyond reasonable. It started at $ 62, then went to $ 69, then to $ 79. Their website indicates that I can rent the same space I have for $ 72. I asked two different people at the business about getting the $ 72 rate. They were going to talk to the owner and «get back to me.» I also sent 2 emails requesting the same. I never got a call back, nor a response to the emails. This feels almost like a «bait and switch» type of tactic. Once your there, raise the prices. A 27% rise in prices over a little more than 2 years is ridiculous, and completely ignoring a reasonable request to bring my rate in line with what a new tenant would pay, is frustrating at best.
