Slow service at a not busy time of day which was disappointing. Mediocre food for the price. Waitress was very nice and friendly but seemed one step behind throughout our meal. 3 stars may be a bit generous.

On the Border of closing. Sad this location just opened and now it is falling apart at the seams. My last two visits were not good. I’ve been eating here since it first opened. Was my favorite place to eat. But I noticed changes in operation and staff that make it my last choice when dining in Jonesboro.

Absolutely fantastic. Cole our server was great. Suggested yummy food and he was right on the money. We had been driving 14 hours. It was nice to come into a place and have a beer, great service and fantastic food. Thank you!

Typical Tex-Mex chain food. Reminded me of a TV dinner. If you want good food go to Los Arcos on Matthews.

Have eaten here twice. Pros: we ordered fajitas, mushroom spinach enchiladas, empanadas, tortilla soup, queso and guacamole and the stuffed jalapeño appetizer. Thinking tortilla soup is better than most because it’s loaded w chicken and rice in light broth; also, the appetizer was great(most stuffed jalapeños are too greasy). Cons: rice is bland and sticks together.

The first thing my son said when he received his menu was where is the rest of the food. It took him a long time and several questions to find something he liked. My youngest ordered a basic cheese quesadilla and ate less than half. We ordered white queso and less then three minutes later was a solid mass and just hard to eat. I ordered a chimichanga and I HAD to eat it with a fork. I ate just enough to not be starving and took the rest home to the dogs. It was very dry. And my daughter ordered the same thing and she ate about as much as I did. My other child on the other hand ordered fajitas. He was allowed to substitute steak for shrimp and he enjoyed his though they did not cook his steak as much as he wanted and he drowned it in cheese sauce. My husband enjoyed his soup. And I didn’t say much about the service because the service wasn’t that great. The girl was nice but just meh and the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Service here is excellent. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and hard working. Management also seems to treat both their customers and employees very well. This is an establishment that you want to give your business to. The food is pretty good. There are two striking differences that make OtB stand out from other Mexican restaurants in town: 1) The food is FRESH. Nothing tastes canned or premade. The ingredients are quality and not drowning in cheese sauce. There are actual fresh vegetables! 2) The menu. Most Mexican restaurants here have menus with pages and pages of the same 8 ingredients cooked a million different ways. OtB’s menu is small, but has variety. Makes choosing easier. Overall the restaurant is great. Great service, delicious food and very clean. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is its a tad pricy for what you get, but if you want something different and fresh, go here.

Ok food absolutely deplorable service. Been 3 times and the common theme is awful service. Constant apologies from the manager and endless waiting for everything.

We went during lunch time today and were seated right away. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The white queso was delicious. Things went downhill quick when I got my Border bowl. I had ordered it without the black beans or peppers. They managed to leave those off but what I got was a bowl of rice that was stuck together and rock hard, soggy lettuce and 4 shrimp. We asked the waitress if that was right, and she said no, it should have cheese and pico(it should also have had avacado and a sauce, but those were forgotten as well). She took it back and added the pico and cheese. In the end, all I ate were the shrimp(which were delicious). The manager ended up coming over to talk to us. She was very nice and apologetic and offered to make me something else. I declined as my husband needed to get back to work. She took the bowl off our tab and apologized profusely. In the end, the service made up for the bad food. We will give it another shot, but it won’t be any time soon.

Management what are you thinking? I have been there 5 times and your food is awesome, definitely 5 stars and for the most part so are your employees. I had lunch twice and dinner three times and could absolutely live off your chips and salsa. During my visits I realized what was wrong, you do not conduct background and criminal history checks on your employees. My children have grown up here in Jonesboro and I have worked here for 30 years which resulted in me knowing lot of people directly or indirectly. Your potential future customers will start recognizing these individuals also which may not them from totally refusing to patronize your business but it will slow things down. Your food will keep customers returning, a small number of your employees will on the other hand cost you business.

I was all excited about OTB opening in the Boro… but ended up being a little disappointed when I checked it out. Their scaled down menu was missing my favorite selection(avocado fries) and did not provide the selection that one would normally find at OTB. Add to that they got my order wrong and gave me corn tortillas when I specifically asked for flour. On the up side the wait staff was more than friendly.

It’s wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t bad. The service was incredibly slow but nothing in our orders was wrong. My chicken had small blood spots in it which was pretty gross, I cut around them. Anytime someone ordered a fajita the entire restaurant filled up with smoke and stunk really bad. We left smelling like it, and we didn’t even order fajitas. Overall, I wouldn’t say I’d never go back but it isn’t high on the list.
