Update: I called Pizza Hut’s corporate hotline and was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up so I just sent an electronic complaint via their website. A couple days later I got a call from the store and talked to the manager briefly about my issue and she issued me a $ 10 credit to my phone number. I’ve received a credit identical to this before at another Pizza Hut so this must be the compensation you get when you complain to corporate. Anyway when I placed my comp order and when I went to pick it up the staff was friendly and my order was fine. I’m not sure if they cleaned house or what but depending on who is working you may or may not have a decent experience here. I placed an online carryout order here with a coupon from the BOOKIT! Alumni Program, a special anniversary promotion where you got a free Personal Pan pizza that the cashier/waitress apparently never heard of since she suspiciously demanded that I show her a paper BOOKIT! coupon which I didn’t have since the promotion was issued online via a coupon code. After I offered to show the dual position woman the promotional email she just said that next time I better bring in a physical coupon, something that doesn’t exist since I was redeeming an internet promotion. It’s not like Pizza Hut has an online ordering option where you can request free Personal Pan pizzas so there was no reason to be so rude to me about a whopping $ 4 pizza order. At this point we should have just left but since we were here we decided to order something else and placed our order at the counter for one of the menu items we wanted since they were out of the other one, waffle fries, and seated ourselves. The combo waitress/cashier did not come to our table once to ask if we wanted anything to drink or to check on us and when our boneless wings were ready they were silently thrown down on our table by a cook which was an incredibly rude way to deliver overpriced food to customers. I’ve had bad experiences at Pizza Huts before and feel incredibly confident in saying that they are at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to restaurants and customer service so it’s a shame they are the only real national dine-in pizza chain. Needless to say I will never return here again and will only visit other Pizza Huts when they offer free or nearly free food since while it can be good it’s almost always served with a disgustingly awful side of horrible customer service.

The staff is incredibly slow and not apologetic for it. I ordered a pizza online which gave me the time the pizza would be ready. When I arrived to pick up my pizza not only was it not ready but they totally ignored the pick up line and tended to the new orders. No apology, no explanation for the delay and no customer service.

Terrible service. Wouldn’t let us have the Buffett even though it was 12:50. Didn’t write down the order and it was all incorrect. Salad was brown, would not stop here again if it was free.

I came to eat at this Pizza Hut only at the request of my son. He received a free Pan Pizza for reading a number of books at school. Also… I’m a delivery kind of girl. I visited the restaurant around 5pm. I found that most of the booth benches were ripped. I guess i just expected better from Pizza Hut, but maybe I was just being a diva. But then, most of the tables were dirty. We ultimately found a clean booth. After placing my order: 3 personal pan pizzas, 1 order of breadsticks with cheese, 1 order of cinnamon apple pies, and three drinks… I was informed that the restaurant had run out of personal pans, so they could only give me one. How does that happen on a Thursday at 5 pm??? Really??? Anyway, the server promptly added that she would substitute a medium pizza for the inconvenience. Once the food arrived, our server brought us our plates, which had dots of pizza grease on all three plates!!! Not on one, not on two, but on all three plates. Again… REALLY??? At my request she brought us three more plates and apologized. By now, I’m not only aggravated but I’m grossed out. The only good thing I can say about my experience, is that my server was sweet and apologetic. Another plus is that they asked for a picture ID when I used my credit card. Other than that… uh no… I’ll pass.

I spent the night at the Red Roof Inn off Southlake Plaza Dr and had some food delivered. To begin the food took standard 45 minute for arrival. Upon arrival, the delivery driver that came to the door looked miserable and unprofessional(I was a delivery driver, get over it; plus I tipped well). The pizza we got was the garlic bread crust pieces they have been promoting; the pizza might have been good if it wasn’t all to one side of the box mushed up(at this point I was reconsidering the tip I left). Come on Pizza Hut driver, lets get it together.

As Pizza Huts go, I can honestly say this is one of my two Favorites. They are always nice and friendly. And their food is alwyas good. They can some times be crowded so I would not suggest walking in to pick up unless you call it in 20 minutes ahead of time. I usually get mine to go, but the service as an eat in customer is very good as well. Thumbs up for this location!!!

Food was great and service was quick. The waitress asked if I wanted a salad as soon as I sat down at the table… yeah, the employees apparently fix up your salad for you. I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut where they take care of that… nonetheless, it came out fresh and tasted great. Both the pasta bar and pizzas stayed piping hot and they kept it stocked with fresh pickings. I’ll definitely check it out again for lunch.
