Difficult to cancel subscription. They require certified mail but won’t easily tell you what information you need to send. Haven’t even been in the god damn state in over a year.
It’s absurd that I can cancel any other subscription service over the phone/internet. Apparently having my CC#, name, DoB, SS#, address, etc etc isn’t sufficient information and sending a certified letter somehow trumps all that (according to them it’s about security, even though canceling a gym membership is hardly an important thing).
We know it’s about making things so god damn inconvenient the person won’t bother. Quit touting it’s «about security» or it’s «company policy.» It’s that policy to be obstructionist.

Hate the fact that they don’t have a stairmaster! i know some other locations do. It’s good for the price though (I have the $ 20/month membership but they start at $ 10). Almost always friendly service and they keep everything clean!

Love the fact that this location is open 24 hours! The massage tables are excellent after a hard work out! I also love the fact that it’s much more spacious on the inside than it looks on the outside. The machinery is spaced out so you’re not in everyone’s face and that’s something I can definitely appreciate !!!

Love this place every one is soo helpful one the trainers got me on a plan to max my time there ans ill be going every day and the hydromasage is great and its a good way to wind down
