Professional Window Cleaning

Guy, the owner, didn’t show up at 9:00, the appt. time. After hearing nothing from him, I called him at 9:40, and he said it had been raining that morning and he assumed I wouldn’t want him to come. (It had stopped raining by that point, and never rained anymore the entire day) I informed him I had just moved furniture, plants, etc. away from all the windows in the house so he could get to everything easily. He asked if we could reschedule the following week and i told him we had company coming the next day, so I had a reason for scheduling when I did. He then said he would be here at 11:00. I said «if you get held up or anything please give me a call, as I have things to do getting ready for the next day’s company — He said emphatically «I’ll definitely be there at 11:00.». Well, you can probably guess — not only did he NEVER show, he also never showed me the courtesy of a call to say he wasn’t coming. Who does business this way? Avoid at all costs, IMO.
P. S. This was not a discount or coupon or whatever deal. It was at the going price — he was neither very high or very cheap. Kind of irrelevent, though, if he doesn’t show up.
