I order lunch for the office to go. The staff was excellent, however, three of us had order the lobster meat tacos… there wasn’t enough lobster meat to fill 3 tacos… I would have paid a dollar more to have actually my 3 tacos as it advertise!!!

We phoned ahead and were seated almost immediately despite a crowded lobby. Our server, Jessica, was prompt to take our drink order as well as deliver those delicious hot cheddar biscuits. We tarted with stuffed mushrooms– delectable as always… C. Enjoyed the Admiral’s Feast– he was raving about his hand battered shrimp and almost cleaned his plate. Just too much food to accomplish that goal. Mom had the $ 16.99 combo with Potato Soup, Caesar Salad, Fried Shrimp and Cheesecake. I got to have the cheesecake!!! Me? Rock Lobster… One of my true loves and it did not let me down! Enjoyed it along with the petite green beans and perfect baked potato. We have been patronizing this location for over 20 years and have seen many changes. The manager on duty was Brandon and he continually checked on tables. While we’ve never had a bad experience this visit was exceptional.

Derrick was an excellent server. When an error was made he hooked is up greatly. Very polite young man. Our meals were excellent on down to the desserts. We were very well fed and taken care of. Derrick is the bomb.

Service is horrible! After I was seated it took a while for the waitress to speak. 15+ minutes afterwards the waitress still failed to take my drink order. There is nothing worst than to go to a restaurant and have the waitress ignore you like you don’t exist. I will never return to this restaurant ever! Save your coins.

I have been coming here for twenty years. Not sure what management is doing, service is terrible. Waitresses are standing around cutting up instead of getting tea and food. After seated, took twenty mins to get a tea and them another 15– 20 to get a salad. Unbelievable.

The customer service here sucks, especially a lady named Susan. We was standing at the counter for 5 minutes before we was acknowledge by her. I know she saw us, because she looked at both of us and didn’t say anything. Also, she didn’t even bother to tell us to have a sit or make us feel welcomed. The food here is alright, nothing special to tell your friends about. On the upside, our waiter was nice. That’s probably the only positive thing about this Red Lobster location. Overall, customer service sucks and the food is alright(4⁄10)

This place was terrible. I have never ordered a drink and returned for a new one until I came here. I ordered a strawberry blended drink and it was I undrinkable so I asked for a different one. When the second came out, it wasn’t terrible but was not amazing either. My boyfriend’s and I plates were ok. We should have stayed home and cooked seafood ourselves that day.

Had to get the endless shrimp! Our server was very nice! Even tho this is not the best seafood spot in Atlanta, this location hit the spot. Our server made sure she kept the shrimp coming and also let us take some shrimp to go.

My friend & I came here on Sunday, 8⁄25 at like 7 in the evening. There were people waiting outside & we were told it was a 30 minute wait… but there were empty tables. So my friend said that we’d just go to the bar. Our bartender/server-Harold-was nice. He brought us our cheese bread immediately. I got: sweet tea, crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizer & that shrimp so many ways deal. So I got the garlic alfredo & shrimp scampi shrimp. The scampi was hella buttery. Ended up taking the rest of the food home. But why is the shrimp in these meals so SMALL? Or it is that Im used to eating at places like Pappadeaux’s or other places that have sizeable pieces of shrimp? Anywho, it served its purpose for getting me full on an otherwise empty stomach.

I hate(I repeat) I HATE patronizing places on Tara Blvd. Post workout, I needed to grab something to eat, and I was craving some seafood. My homegirl was too, so we decided to go here. Yes, It was a Friday night, but I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal. There’s a wait, but it’s only two of us. We definitely didn’t think that it was going to be 45 minutes before we were seated. We were given buzzers, but what’s the point when the hostesses were just calling out names anyway. People who got there after us were being seated before us, and I was trying really hard not to go black woman postal on their asses. I was hungry, and my energy levels were depleted. I was on edge. We finally get our names called, and I was walk back, I can’t help but to notice that there was an abundance of empty tables. What the what were we waiting so freaking long for!!! It was also noticeable cold inside, which was bizarre bc it was freezing outside. Our server was far less than stellar. I don’t even remember if she told us her name. The food was meh. I had the Choose two types of shrimp for a total of 30 special. I choose the scampi and fettuccini with a side of green beans. The beans were over cooked, and they didn’t peel them, so the hard tips were still attached. I went to culinary school, so we learned in 101 to peel those. Are you freaking kidding me Red Lobster? The scampi was ok. The fettucini was drenched in butter, so I couldn’t even eat it. I should have asked for no sauce. Ummm yea, so unless someone is having a party there for some crazy reason, I won’t be going back.

Really thinking Red Lobster has lost all credibility when it comes to Sea-Food. This place was SLOWSLOWSLOW and there were not to many other guests in the building. Our service was terrible… the food was awful. Live & Learn!

Their commercial says, «we see seafood differently» HELLYEALIKENOTHING I HAVEEVERWANTTOSEEAGAIN!!. So went in last weekend for lunch and was greeted decently and seated quickly. I asked for the lunch sailors platter which included hand-breaded fried shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi and an oven-broiled fish fillet. I asked the waitress was it possible for me to have the fried shrimp grilled as I do not eat fried food and she said she thinks so but it would be an upcharge. I asked what was the reasoning behind that if the other items were not fried and also was the the cost. She was not really sure of the price so Iasked to speak with a manager for clarity. I assume the manager that came over was a supervisor but he did not seem to care, he told me that the shrimp could not be grilled because the quantity of fried is not the same as grilled. HUH? anyway he told me that he could not sub it out so I left it alone and tried to find another menu item. I then decided to get another item with all grilled/broiled but not the same seafood. While waiting the waitress came back to say the general manager wants to sub out the fried shrimp on the sailor’s platter with no issues. I had already placed the order since the other guy told me there was nothing he could do, so to save time I decided to keep the higher priced item that I chose instead. All in all this is why that is the LAST trip I make to any Red Lobster. They DONOTKNOWHOWTOSEESEAFOOD, they never offer any flavors that stand out from other places. I mean its sad that my favorite place to get a lobster tail, which is consistently good is from Outback Steakhouse. What Red Lobster should is close down get some real chefs to sit down and revamp their menu to include tasty items that enhance the flavors of the seafood. You know invest in somethings to change the experience. I.E. grilled salmon with capers and maybe a lemon/wine sauce on top instead of just offering tarter sauce, ketchup or cocktail sauce. I really do not have more to say other than I won’t be returning or referring!

I enjoyed the company but the meal was just not what Red Lobster used to be. For these prices I can go to Captain D’s and get the grilled meal. And guess what? Captain D’s has coupons! SMH!!! Nice waitress. Slow service. Good biscuits decent Cajun Chicken Alfredo. But it was very greasy/buttery. Hopefully I won’t get dragged back out to this place again this year!

This used to be one of our«go to» places, now we probably will not return. The last two trips have been horrible. The coleslaw & salads were wilted, brown and tasted spoiled.(they used to have the best coleslaw ever) now it’s not for human consumption. They bring you 2 biscuts instead of 4 for two people and make you ask for more. We waited after being seated a rediculous length of time before even being ask what we’d like to drink, let alone ask for our order. We spent a total of 90 minutes(seated) most of it waiting. Go to the one in McDonough if you still want to eat at Red Lobster, it’s worth the traffic compaired to this place. Totally unacceptable.
