First of all, the good:
Doctor Sills and assistant Renee’ were pleasant and seemed to know what they are doing.
Nice facilities
The bad:
Front window person is not pleasant, should not be working as the front person, greeting the patients.
The appointment was at 8:30 and I was called in to the second waiting area at 9:00. No apology, just overbook and let us wait. The wait in the second room was 15 minutes and I was just about to walk out. I don’t know why we accept this process from most doctors.
