I bought a one-month membership in August with my fiancé and we both cancelled our memberships by the cut-off date at the end of August because we were moving to California. During our move, I saw our card was still being charged for a membership. I called in September and told them I cancelled and even read them the receipt number that they gave us when we cancelled the two accounts. I was assured that the manager would be contacted and we would receive a refund. Four months later, we are still being charged for one of the accounts. When I called back today to handle this matter for the third time, I was given a manager’s email to contact and the address wasn’t even valid anymore. When I called back to explain this to the person on the phone, she implied it was our fault they were still drawing money for one of the memberships instead of admitting they only cancelled the primary membership and not both. I am extremely unsatisfied with such a poor business and their shoddy lines of communication.

Love this gym! I’m a frequent goer to the hot yoga class. The only complaint I have is that the room needs dehumidifier. The high temp and humidity can make it difficult to breathe. Other than that, the classes and instructors are wonderful!

This gym is fantastic. It is huge, has the latest, most modern equipment and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I’m here visiting from California which has a zillion expensive, trendy gyms and this gym would compete with any. It has indoor & outdoor tennis, free weights, lots more and tons of classes. I have no experience driving on icy roads so I walked(tried to run but ice didn’t permit) to this gym to take a spin class. It took a long time to get there even though its only ¾ of a mile away because a huge storm had frozen all the roads and it was very icy and slippery. The spin class was great and welcoming to a newcomer. After the class, I tried to call a cab but one cab company’s cab was broken down and the other didn’t answer. One of the staff(Austin) overheard my difficulties and offered me a ride to my hotel. Then he additionally offered rides if I wanted to return to the gym.(this wouldn’t happen in southern California) Bottom line, great gym! Greg

Can these people be any more unorganized? I have attempted to make several attempts to speak with the manager in regards to teaching a class or renting a space at what they call a gym. Chase the manager is extremely unreliable and although he is sitting right next to the receptionist who answers the phone, he is too«busy» to come to the phone himself. Instead, he relays messages to the receptionist. No wonder Arkansas has a high obesity rate. No thanks. Too country bunkin for my taste.
