I was so looking forward to a nice Asian meal as in Chinese but was very disappointed when we ordered the hot and sour soup to have the soup come out with tomato sauce and some kind of broth mixed together and a few stems of some vegetable as Bok Choy or maybe celery it did not have mushrooms or any type of meat. Then I ordered sauté chicken and broccoli. Well it came with fried rice but the rice had nothing mixed with it, no meat and no vegetables as usually accustomed to when I order that type of food. As for the chicken I should have taken a photo of my disgusting food, the chicken put together it did not measure up to a ¼ of half a piece of chicken breast and I would think the broccoli stems would be like the size of my pinky with a huge top of green to symbolize a small tree as my grand kids would describe it, but the whole piece did not measure to the size of my nail on my pinky. So needless to say the meal was a disaster and for sure I won’t be back for another disappointing meal nor would I recommend this place to anyone. As for the service, the gentleman that took our order was very professional and courteous and his only problem was that he was employed by such a disappointing restaurant if you consider this place to be such. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment and hope you won’t be disappointed as I was with my meal.

Having an allergy to MSG I tend to stay shy of asian restaurants and avoid horrible migraines however Truly Asian is MSG Free and the food is great, it isn’t fast food because it is cooked to order and it is worth waiting on. Everything on the menu is good and the owner is the manager, assistant cook, assistant waiter and assistant busboy.

This place is really good if you’re not in a hurry. The only place I know of in Jonesboro that offers bulgogi! Friendly staff and a gluten free menu! They also have super cheap lunch specials. My only complaint is the obnoxious Christian music.

Judging from the name, I expected the food here to be more Asian and less Jonesboro, but it suffers the same lackluster execution many Asian eateries in this town do. Craving fresh spring rolls with tofu as a dinner appetizer, we ordered some and were instead given the same garden variety deep fried spring roll you’d find at most any Chinese buffet. I guess I should have known better. Vegetarian pad Thai was the real disappointment though. I’ve eaten a fair amount of pad Thai in several states and this was by far the weirdest. Instead of rice noodles, they use wide egg noodles. The sauce was overly sweet with very little else going on in it. I’m pretty sure I even explicitly asked for tofu in it and there was none — just a few slices of broccoli and bits of fried egg. And a big mound of weird noodles.
