Zaxby’s

I never write reviews but this will be the exception. Went through the drive thru today and ordered the usual buffalo blue zalad with blue cheese and a medium diet coke. There was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and no one inside so you would expect exceptional service with no issues right? Wrong! I get toast that was so hard you could have grated parmesan cheese with it! Their was no blue cheese dressing in the bag and apparently they want you to eat the zalad with a plastic knife! Ridiculous! They need to keep the original people there that know how to run the drive thru and get rid of the slackers!

There is a very friendly and pretty cashier by the name of Idazha very professional and nice her teeth are so white lol I love to see her smile

Almost impossible to get wings whenever it’s really busy the sandwiches have so much sauce put on them you don’t have to swallow to get them to slide down your throat other than that an experienced wait staff and long wait times

I don’t know what is worse. The come down after drinking 2 pitchers of margaritas or the come down after eating a chicken finger plate.
At the end of the day, the high of eating a chicken finger plate is better than the buzz from drinking 2 pitchers of margaritas. That’s all I have to say about that.

Normally, I don’t review fast food restaurants, because… what’s the point? However, I was so impressed by the management and staff at this particular Zaxby’s location, I was prompted to write this review.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and treated with friendly and efficient service. My food came out fresh, hot, and fast. A staff member offered me a free cookie at the end of my meal, and also offered to clear my tray from the table. You don’t find this level of service at many regular restaurants anymore, let alone a fast food chain.
In addition to the excellent customer service, they were also running several specials which set them apart from other Zaxby’s locations. i.e. $ 4 house salads during lunch hours (normally $ 7) and 10% coupons for your next visit. These are the kinds of extra touches that not only get people in the door, but also keep them coming back.
Kudos to the staff and management, you are doing everything right!
