All I can do is share my experience with this person’s work. He was hired to put tile down on a concrete basement floor and to resurface the concrete steps on our walkway. After I put the deposit down he showed up with his children, both under legal working age to do the tile work with him. Most of the tiles were not level because he did not level it, basically the floor was a mess. The concrete work was done by someone that he subcontracted to and that looked okay but fine cracks started to appear a short while after the work was done. Bruce tried to redo the concrete himself but he didn’t know what he was doing so it went from smooth and cracked to a total mess. The only way to make it right was to have someone else do the work and I had to pay much more just to fix the problems he created. I had to take him to court. I won the case but he still won’t pay the court judgement despite promises for over a year to do so. I personally would recommend finding someone else, preferably a licensed contractor. He is not licensed, I asked a little to late I’m afraid to say.
