I have taken many things to this store for alterations. They did a great job up until the last time. I picked up a pair of pants that had been hemmed and found a few days later when I went to wear them that one leg had only been basted, not hemmed. I took the pants back to Lillya and she argued with me. I was dumbfounded. Why in the world would I make a claim like that that wasn’t true? It’s not like hemming pants is rocket science. She finally took them from me and said she would do it but she didn’t believe me. I took them back, walked about and will never go back.
