Affordable Towing

Nathan never called me back and John never sent anyone to pick us up. We are from out of town and needed a tow. They led us to assume they would be here to assist us and we waited 4 hours. Very unprofessional. They didn’t have the decency to just let us know they did not want the job. Instead they left us stranded in the cold. Thanks to the The Sheriff he referred us to a reliable company.

I’m currently working in this area and don’t know the roads very well, nor am I accustomed to snow or ice.
I drove down a county road yesterday around mid-​afternoon and my car got stuck on a road with ice, mud, and potholes.
Nathan came out and helped me out of it before dark. They’re definitely on their game and if something like this happens again, they will be the first people I call.

I have used Affordable Towing twice in the past. Both times the person I talked with was very polite and professional. I was refered to them by my past mechanic Jose, who has since left to start a shop in Arkansas.
Both time they picked up the different cars were of course like all other time you need a Tow, late after noon and on a weekend. they did not over charge me and to save me an extra trip just added the bill on to the bill at Joses’ Garage. At the time it was J&J Auto. There were no hassels and no problems.
I have them programed into my phone if I ever need Tow service again in the Joplin area and I recomend them.
