Good chain with nice stuff. Customer service is HORRIBLE! My wife really likes this store, I like what they sell but don’t like going there, it takes forever to get through the check out. There is also a disconnect between the stores and the company. I purchased two things both with a five dollar mail in rebate several years ago. I ask them to ring them up separately because on both it said you need the original receipt to be sent in. The guy who, after a long wait in line when it was not busy, checked me out was the manager. He told me I could just put it together and he would print two receipts. I said ok. After I payed he took the one receipt to the back and just copied it. I sent off both rebates(two separate addresses) and the one that was copied was rejected. I went back to the manager who did the same as me, called them to explain it and got nowhere. They still owe me $ 5. It’s not about the five bucks, it’s the fact that they won’t make it right even after the manager of the store calls them. I am being generous to give them 3 instead of 2, but that is because they do have good products.

Love the store. Unfortunately the customer service at the checkout both times I was there left MUCH to be desired. I had the same lady both times & wish I hadn’t. She has mid length brown hair, middle aged, heavy set & acted as if I was bothering her to be in her store. Too bad for BB&Beyond.
