I called yesterday to ask if they program fobs, the woman said yes for $ 30 so I went but then she said the person who does that won’t be there until 2:30pm. I went back at 2:30 and she said the guy was there but didn’t have the right tool. She resheculed for 4:30pm. I got a voicemail around 4pm from her that we would need to reschedule again for this morning. This time the guy was there, but they charged me $ 45.
I am giving 4 stars though because they gave a sincere apology, and they cracked a safe for me for free. Thank you!

These people rock. I had to get a lock cut off my storage unit and after getting jerked around by competitors, Coats was recommended to me. Their price was reasonable and service was good. A few weeks later, I had some keys made at one of the big box home improvement stores and they did not work. So much for convenience, eh? I made a lunchtime stop at Coats and a female employee assured me that the big box guys probably mistook my key for a different type. Within minutes she had me on my way with keys that work like butta (for literally pennies more than the big box store). Yes please! I hope this no-nonsense, fantastic place stays in Joplin forever.
