If you come to Fazioli’s expecting fine Italian food, you have come to the wrong place. It is Italian fast food. I have never had a negative experience at this particular location. My food is always tasty and hot. They are always generous with the unlimited bread sticks.

Terrible. Long wait in line. Air conditioning way way way too cold. A friend and I ordered the same thing Chicken Parmesan and Nuttella Cheesecake… both were terrible. The chicken was tough cold and tasted like a cold pizza box bottom. The cheesecake was a joke on us by the manufacturer… no person made this cheesecake pure machining and no love. This place used to be okay but we will not go back ever. Yes we politely told an employee of our concerns… zero F’s were given. Place was a mess too. General Manager needs a reality check.

I’ll have to admit– it took me a while to really become a fan of Fazolis. At first it seemed really mediocre and nothing better than a microwaved meal. But as I continued going to Fazolis restaurants across the country, I realized that a lot of times a cheap $ 5 Lasagna meal with unlimited breadsticks would hit the spot just right. Fazolis also takes me down memory lane as this was the first place that Laura and I ever ate out at many years ago. This particular Fazolis is in Joplin MIssouri and is conveniently located right off the long drive down Interstate 44. It’s surrounded by several hotels and has easy access to a couple gas stations. The experience was good– rather identical to any other Fazolis I’ve stepped in. It was late on a weekend and the cashier/server was a bit shorthanded though so our unlimited breadsticks flow suffered a bit. We were able to get some breadsticks from this«unlimited» dine in deal and take some on the road with us back on the long drive back to Kentucky. Fazoli’s– you’re no high end Italian food but on most days I’m ok with that. Just continue with the unlimited breadsticks and throw in some special temporary menu items every now and then and I’m good.

Ok pasta, very little meat though. The house Italian salad was bad, it contained pieces of low priced lunch meat ham, and was not tasty.

Sadly, this place closes too early on Saturday nights!!! We traveled from Santa Rosa, NM to Joplin, MO, checked into motel in same parking lot. Went to get dinner at 9pm, & they were CLOSED! Another restaurant got our business tonight… and will again, on our return trip, too!

Affordable yes, but not necessarily a great value. I find it difficult to pay $ 5 or $ 6 for a mediocre entrée or sandwich in a noisy fast food atmosphere when there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that offer a better meal and atmosphere at the same price point. I think that’s one of the issues with living in a town with many low price options. Fazoli’s is one of those places I only go to when someone else suggests it. They do have a lot of really good temporary menu items but I find these are changed or discontinued quickly, which is also frustrating. I do not have kids myself, but I think Fazoli’s would be excellent for kids and as a non-parent it’s the type of restaurant where I expect noise and mess.
