Freedom Towing & Recovery

My wife, 2 daughters and grandson were on a trip from St. Louis to Texas. After a night in a Joplin motel, the car would not start. I was back home and unable to help them and was worried about them as they faced this problem.
My wife called AAA and they sent John Bean from Freedom Towing. (I found out later he’s the owner.) He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He put in a new battery, checked the charging system, gave them plenty of information and put their minds at ease about making the rest of their trip. I talked with him on the phone and was convinced he knew what he was talking about. He made me feel much better about my family’s situation away from home.
Thanks to John, they got back on the road and were not worried they’d break down along the way.
