Kohl’s

One of the smaller Kohl’s that I’ve seen. Help is generally difficult to find and then you have to run them down. I found the pushing of the Kohl’s credit card to be annoying, even after I said twice I didn’t want it or need it. You’d think after I explained I was getting ready to do a mortgage for a house and didn’t want any dings to lower my credit report, she’d stop pushing it.
The clothes are generally good. However, they like several other stores play the Thanksgiving day sale game. That is, so that they can say they dropped the price, they put everything at full price or many things before Thanksgiving. Pity the poor man who is caught short needing a suit for a wedding or funeral paying full price for the same thing that would cost a hundred dollars or less in a week or so.
Worst part about this store and all the stores in this shopping center is the stupid, stupid city or private planning on the traffic flow. Whoever designed the lots and the drives must have been drunk.
I find it hazardous – especially if you don’t know the layout – to navigate these side roads. The markings are faded. It’s difficult to know what’s a turning lane and what’s not. Watch for the stop signs so that you don’t run them, the police are.
This whole area needs to be just bulldozed off and start over. The mall is a joke. Rangeline is at its most congested all around this horrible mall. On the traffic lights, this has to be one of the top ten of the top worst city planning jobs in the country within a mile radius.
Go over to 7^th street and wait for the train when it goes by. There used to be a viaduct that the city kept complaining about until it was torn down. They did that on another one downtown. No reason other than city planning and saying «look how much better things are now.» Well, I don’t know about you, but I’d rather go over a train on a bridge than have to wait for it.

I’m not a huge fan of their clothing for men, but I must say they have some great deals store wide and excellent customer service. We bought some patio furniture that was on clearance and it was the only boxed item they had left, but when we got home there were no screws or other tools needed to put it together. I called store and the supervisor said to bring it back and we can take the display and get 10% back. They were very helpful even though they were closing the store in 15 minutes.

My wife enjoys shopping at this store. I hear the customer service is good. It sounds well organized.
If you have a Kohls card there are often extra coupons up to 30% off purchases. If you are trying to earn kohls cash, you can figure up how much to spend with your percent off coupon. It takes practice to shop here and planning to get the best deals.
Can usually find good stuff on clearance as well.

I love this store!!! They have awesome clothes and shoesat great prices. Their sales are great!
