Logan’s Roadhouse

Decent food, we stop in sometimes and my girls love their potato soup. I have eaten the steak from time to time Good environment with decent service.

My first experience there was a piece of salmon incredibly overdone… my most recent was a birthday celebration they were not equipped to handle. If you have a party larger than 10, do not expect to be seated… ever. We were told we would have an hour wait and almost 2 hours later we were still waiting. When we were ready to leave for a restaurant with immediate seating, we were told our table was almost ready… it wasn’t. Horrible customer service. We won’t be back, ever.

Service and food were average but they allow smoking which made the entire place very unpleasant.

Wow. Not sure what happened to this place. Food was fine – they just didn’t want to bring it to you. Dinner salad came out after meal, ordered dessert early to make sure it came out on time – never brought it. Forgot all toppings on everything, waiter came in and said kitchen will not give him toppings that are missing? Not sure. It was crazy.

Never eating here again! My group was a party of 6. We all decided that their steaks were kinda pricey and had heard that they weren’t that great, so we all opted for burgers. The patty on everyone’s was overcooked and slightly charcoaled on the edges. The patties were also about half the size of the thick bun. So basically it was like eating beef flavored bread with some burnt crispy addition. The amount of fries they they provided with this beef monstrosity was the equivalent of a small fry from a fast food joint. I ordered a ice water with my burger and it was horrible. I don’t know if it was Joplin tap water or what, but it left a chemical like after taste in my mouth. I asked the waitress for a sweet tea and received a diabetes causing cup of sugar with a little bit of tea. Post meal our waitress asked if we wanted desert. We told her that after the horrible burgers that we just wanted to pay and leave. She returned promptly with our bill, but then didn’t come collect payment for about 15 minutes or so. We eventually got up and stood by the door with our payments. If you want a good steak house experience, just stick to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse

I have heard great things about this place for years and for my steps Dads 80^th birthday he asked to go here.
So being that we cam down for the holidays I figured I finally get to try to Logan’s.
The restaurant was fun atmosphere a little dated but fun.
We had 6 of us and the food was, well, BAD.
There were 2 6oz steaks that were no flavor and tough, there were 2 shrimp skewer meals and the shrimp were like little rubber balls. I had the 20 oz Ribeye and I am pretty sure my boot would have been more tender and edible.
Lastly My wife had the 22oz Porter house and it was, Well we don’t know it never showed up.
I shared mine with her and she couldn’t eat it either. They did come over after several times and said it was on the way, we were all done and still no steak.
Overall very very disappointing in the food and the service.

The food was very good but service sucked! Took forever to get our drinks, had to ask where my salad was & asked to see gluten free menu & she forgot! Not happy!

We celebrated our anniversary tonight and had awesome food and service. Trevor was our waiter and he was very engaging and efficient. We had a little glitch with my steak, but the manager swiftly took care of the situation. Great atmosphere and tasty food. Highly recommend the ribeye, sauteed mushrooms, and the mac-​n-​cheese.

I love the steaks here. Always seasoned perfect! Service is awesome and if I’ve ever had a problem they fix it! Love this place

Friends brought me here. Dont fill up on peanuts and bread like I did. The rolls are addictive. The service was okay. Had a good server. She was a tad busy and had a newbie shadowing her. Food was good. Steak was slightly rarer than I wanted. Ordered medium rare got more of a rare steak. Didn’t bother me. Still tasted amazing. Had some fries that were pretty good. The sweet potato was bomb! I usually eat sweet potatoes skinned and baked with oil and seasonings. I was given a sweet potato, baked in skin, and it had a dollop of butter and cinnamon in the middle. Had a fun time. Would come back again.

Been to Logan’s a lot with family and friends. They never disappoint! Their grilled vegetable skewer is awesome. Meats are on point. Service has never been less than great.

Pretty much another corporate roadhouse clone. With their menu prices, you’d expect something better. Not very impressed. Pass it by.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately they should fire the kitchen. They can’t cook meat and the sides were sub-​par at best. Maybe I should have gone with chicken and a salad?

I was craving Texas Roadhouse but since we don’t have one here, we went to Logan’s Roadhouse. Epic Fail! The appetizers are full of grease and a lack of flavor. The food was cooked well done when we asked for medium and they messed up our order. Not to mention wait staff rarely checked on us. We won’t be back. :(

Each time we come it’s always great. We try something new each time. It’s nothing fancy but for a chain steak house it’s pretty good

Delicious, hot, fresh food… Comfortable atmosphere. Everything was served up piping hot, and the service was outstanding! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive… the server who delivered the meal asked that I cut into the sirloin steak to ensure that it was to my liking… Which it was. Loved it… Excellent experience from start to finish. Oh and the hot rolls are to die for. By the time we finished, the place was really hopping.

Been there numerous times, and they always have delicious food, and wonderful service. We’ve never had a bad experience EVER at this particular location.

The menu selection was alright & the food was pretty good but unfortunatly the noiseanaged to drown out any table conversation we were having. The atmosphere was rustic but was overridden by the noise & did not make for a nice dinner.

Pros:
o Nice, upbeat place to go and have a great meal.
o Really great food!
o I like it!
Cons:
o Hmmmmm? I drawing a blank here.
Other thoughts: Because we normally go for a late lunch, and we always choose non-​smoking, we tend to end up with the same server (Jo). She’s the best! Service is always fast, thoughtful, and comes with a smile. In all of the times we’ve been there, I can’t think of even one instance where anything was «off», or, not to our liking. Logan’s is definitely on my «A» list.

A fourth of my medium-​rare steak was completely raw inside. Her grilled chicken wasn’t cooked in the middle. Ew.
The sides were good, and the parts of our meal that were cooked tasted good.
