It’s just like any other Texas Roadhouse. I think the service is great but it’s hard to change an order like«please no tomatoes». But overall it’s a great place to eat for a steak and for a decent price. Parking isn’t bad but if you have a trailer just know it will be tight and might not be worth it.

Good food. Consistent good tasting food! We both had steak and they were slightly more done than we prefer but still tasty.

Great food with lots of flavor! Lots of servers to take care of the crowd. Quick turn around!

The quintessential average dining experience; average drinks, average service, mediocre over-cooked steak. This is the place to go if you enjoy peanuts and a not bad — but not great experience.

Not a fan — we probably won’t go back. We tried it just after it opened in Joplin and maybe that was part of the problem, that it was SO loud we couldn’t hear each other. I’m not a fan of the never-ending salted peanuts because I end of over eating them and feel gross after. Not my cup of tea.

Been there three times. Will indeed go back. Service was a little sub-par during the first visit. But that happens when you’re breaking in new staff. Food is excellent and the beer cold.

Go often when visiting in Joplin. Pretty comparable to «Texas steakhouses» everywhere. But the staff is friendly. It is always crowded.

Give them 3 chances but not anymore. Nothing special about this place beside it’s cheap low end steak with NO flavor. I just don’t why they are so busy. Maybe because it’s CHEAP??? It’s new but very dirty and on top of everything they even encourage guest to make mess allowing them throw peanut shells on floor. I rather go to Longhorn spend little more money and way better food & service

The food is not worth the trouble. Long wait for food & the young no talent young staff is worse. I love all the other Texas Roadhouse’s but this one is extremely lacking. Spend your money some place else. You’re Welcome.

This was the worse Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. The place was fairly busy and our waitress spent more time sitting at a table visiting than doing her job. Since the place opened at 4:00 and we were there at 4:45 it couldn’t be break time. The plate our cactus blossom came on was warmer than the blossom. It was either undercooked or just taken out of a refrigerator and nuked. Never have had one like that. My steak was perfect. My husband had BBQ chicken and the vegetables, that the waitress said would be broccoli and corn but was broccoli and carrots. That was good too. The buns were not hot and I think we were the only ones without peanuts on the table. We were never asked if we wanted more buns. Other staff members were bringing us our drinks when they saw we were running low. Texas Roadhouse has been a favorite place of mine but we will not return to this one.

First time eating at the one in Joplin and was not disappointed. Food was great and service was above the norm. They were incredibly busy but our waitress was friendly and efficient. Next time I will utilize the call ahead feature to reduce our wait time.

Fall off the bone ribs, mouth watering steaks, great sides, and INCREDIBLE unlimited rolls with cinnamon honey butter… What more can I say? I love me some Roadhouse!

I have eaten here twice. Besides the fact that it seems to be ridiculously busy all the time, it is well worth the wait. My first visit I got the prime rib, and it was fantastic, my wife got the surf and turf and the sirloin was cooked to perfection. So on our second cost I had to try the sirloin, again perfect. I also had the ½ ribs with it and they are pretty good. So far 2 from 2 and have had amazing food, and great service. Call ahead and get seated faster.

Levi was our server and he was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. We had to remind him to bring us our silverware so we could spread the butter on our rolls but that was okay, he apologized. He recommended the hurricane margarita as one of the better margaritas, and said it was best on the rocks which was right up my alley as I don’t care for frozen. It was delish! We ordered the rattlesnake bites appetizer which is battered and fried cheese and jalapeños with a tangy horse radish dip. No, it’s not actual rattle snake meat! They sure are spicy but they were also a flavor explosion in your mouth! My fiancé loves hot and spicy food and he ate also all of them. I had 2. We both ordered steaks and they were cooked the way we requested. They were flavorful, tender, and juicy. One of the best steaks I’ve eaten here in town.(And I live here and have eaten everywhere) In the middle of our meal the crew danced to «That’s My Kind of Night» by Luke Bryan which was unexpected, yet entertaining. After the peanuts, appetizer, and my side salad I had to take home half my steak and some of my veggies. I microwaved the leftovers the next day and they were just as yummy! It’s rather noisy in there, but not too noisy. Don’t be afraid to take your rambunctious children, they’ll blend right in with the crowd! All in all it was an awesome experience and we will most definitely be back again and again.
