Infinity Flooring

Nightmare!!!
The crew leader was absent much of the time resulting in a lack of attention to the installation and concern for our personal property. The tiles were uneven and had not been cleaned properly. The wood floor still had glue in quite a few places and if this wasn’t enough, the refrigerator was dented so badly it had to be replaced, enamel knocked off the dishwasher and furniture had very noticeable scratches.
We called and Wes came out that afternoon which was the first and only time he checked on the installation which took about two weeks (big project). He agreed that there were tiles that needed to be replaced and the floors were not cleaned as they should have been. Wes said he would call back in a couple of days to schedule a time for repairs but after five days, I had to call the store and speak to Jenn. She said she would discuss this with Wes but after not hearing from them again, I made a trip to the showroom.
Finally a date for repairs was scheduled. You would assume they would start in the morning; however, they did not show until afternoon working into the evening replacing over 25 tiles. Next day, crew was 3 hrs late and only showed after several phone were made. I had taken off work both days for the repairs. Obviously, their time is more valuable than mine.
After all the problems, once again you would think that they would call to see if the repairs were done and if we were satisfied. Never heard from them… still have uneven tiles and residue, but eventually you just cut your losses, give up and move on down the road…
Conclusion, the owners of Infinity don’t oversee their jobs at all and the subcontractor they used was too busy tending to his personal business to take care of ours. Poor Job, terrible experience… Nice people just inadequate business practices and craftsmanship… We spent over $ 14,000
with them… Good Luck and don’t expect much!!!
