Now, I’m sorry to say, but I am not a candle guy. Sorry ladies. However, I do like a really cool family business that does what they do well, and wants to share that love of what they do with their customers. These folks have that love, my the truck load… of candles.
Now you will find all sorts of knick knacks, smell goods and such here, but the real stars of the show are the homemade, hand dipped and carved candles you can see made right there in house. You can watch a candle be made or pick from one of the ready to go examples on the shelf made in the previous days. This is a great stop for the kids while in Julian as well, as they owners will include the kids in the process where they can see and participate. It really is a lot of fun, and you get a great personal keepsake out of the whole deal. See, I am a big softy, I told you.

The candle maker is amazing and so kind! You get create your candle with favorite Disney character, choose all your colors and watch it all come together. He even let me help create the carvings and twists in my candle. It was such a fun experience! Love love love it! Will make this a new tradition!
