I was extremely impressed with their service. My aunt and I accidentally overfilled her oil reserve and were at home siphoning it out with an aquarium tube. After swallowing my tenth mouthful of motor oil we decided to give A A Automotive a call. Not only did they squeeze us in immediately on New Years Eve and but also made sure not to make us feel like the complete idiots that we were. Upon arrival we were ushered into the garage and the owner immediately pumped out the extra oil-​topped it back off to correct levels-​then cleaned out all the oil we had spilled everywhere-​then cleaned my aunts headlights. He then refused to accept any money as he said it wouldn’t be fair and since I lived in Junction City. The waiting area was pleasant and the person who answered the phones couldn’t have been nicer. I really felt like I was being assisted and not just doing business. I will be taking my car to this location in the future. Great local business!

I have had my Suburban worked on twice over a 3 month period (unrelated issues) by AA Automotive and the whole team was great. First, I was greeted by Vicki and Kurt’s friendly and welcoming smile, then Kurt diagnosed the problem that I was having. He then looked up what my options were and tried to help me make the most economical choice for my situation. After the work was done, they washed my Suburban and even vacuumed it out. I felt that the extra care that I received went above and beyond my expectations. They are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and a great asset to the Junction City area.

Trustworthy, helpful and reasonable price. I am so impressed! I live in Southern Cal but I was in the area to get my Country Coach RV repaired. My Saturn tow car got a hole in the oil pan. I Unilocaled one place but they were busy. Then I asked at the tire place doing my RV tires and they said AA Automotive was good.
I went to AA and was greeted outside by a very friendly lady named Vicky who was washing a car. She turned out to be the co-​owner. She sent me inside to her husband Kurt. While I waited, a long time customer lady next to me told me how trustworthy Kurt is and how she drives 20 minutes to come here and has for years. While I sat there, a mechanic came in and showed her the part he had removed from her car and how it was broken and was so open and transparent that it created trust. So, I felt grateful to have found this place.
Then, while I waited, Vicky came in and gave me a hot chocolate chip cookie. I don’t think this is a regular thing, but it was just classic, just one more reason this entire experience made me so impressed by Kurt & Vicky & their AA Automotive.
When my turn came Kurt looked and diagnosed it and showed me the hole in the oil pan. He couldn’t get the part today so he sent me to another shop for a workaround. But first he made tons if calls for the part. I offered to pay him for his time (he spent 30+ minutes and wouldn’t charge me).
I went to the guy he referred me to and that guy was honest and inexpensive and fair too.
Then, I came back for another issue, needing a battery & possibly an alternator. He tested the battery and changed it and assured me everything was fine, no alternator needed. Then, he charged me less than the computer said he should charge.
His mechanic came in and said he had filled all my tires (I hadn’t asked) and that while 3 of them were at 34 PSI, one was at 21 and he recommended I go straight to a tire shop to have it checked out.
When I went outside to get my car, they had washed it!
If I lived here this would be my mechanic. I am so impressed!

I have gone to AA Automotive for the past two years. I live in Eugene and it is worth the drive to Junction City. They are the best. Totally honest. They go above and beyond all of the time. They hand wash your car every time they work on your car — even if it is only an oil change. Every one that I refer to them has been very happy with their honest, excellent service.
