IHOP

Upon numerous visits we have found the food and service to be exceptional. We often eat out and judge the food and service of each establishment we visit. We appreciate the care and concern they show for patrons and the establishment as well. Thank you.

Service is really bad here. My husband and I waited 15 minutes just to get our drink refilled and I had to get up and go to the front to ask for my drink refilled. There was literally two customers there and about 4 waitresses. The waffles was dry as hell! The sandwich melt was so dry I had to drink two glasses of water. The only good thing about this place is the glass of water!

If I could give it 0 starts I would. After sitting down, it took almost 20 mins just to take our drink order. Took another 9 mins to receive our drinks. I asked for a A1 sauce and I was brought an EMPTY bottle. I’m not sure it was just my bad luck or a bad day for this location. Don’t plan on returning.

Walked in the door and there were no employees within sight of the front desk. Waited to be helped for about ten minutes, while we were seen and ignored by three different members of the wait staff. Finally left without a word ever said to us.

I hardly ever give 5 stars but considering this was an iHop, my expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprised. Service was amazing. Our server, Tiffany, was polite, funny, and had great recommendations for us.
Our food came amazingly quick and was hot fresh and very tasty. I got the steak tips and eggs. My wife got the chicken florentine crepes and we were both extremely impressed.
The staff all seemed to be attending to customers and not hanging around. Even though a large majority of the staff were very young, they were great. Very polite and attentive. Whoever trained the staff here, Bravo!

If I’m ever in Kansas again, I’ll definitely eat here again.

Awesome service! Ate there with a group a couple days ago, we had a new waiteess, Paige L. — she was polite, and quick with refills. We did not wait long to order and our food was served with a smile and it was HOT. We will definitely return, one of the best lunches we’ve had in a long time! We will ask for Paige as well!

Is the closest IHOP i know. Is a very short drive here from fort riley. Is also a very good IHOP.

Had a feeling that it was going to be an ‘Off Night’.
Upon arrival — the sign said ‘please wait to be seated’. They were right it was a wait. Sounded like they were having a meeting in a back room. Finely a young lady dressed like she was leaving for the evening came out and saw I was waiting. She ducked back into service area, took off here coat and took me to a table.
Now the place was almost empty. Somehow I got seated next to the only table with customers. Naturally it was a family with young children. Young children being young children were anything but quiet. My fault I should have asked to be reseated.
Waitress came out and 50% of the words out of her mouth were ‘Honey’. As an adult I feel she was way too casual in here table-​side manners.
Food was as ordered and expected. Nothing special.
As I was leaving the ‘meeting’ had moved into the entry area. One of the managers addressed me as ‘Boss’ while I was leaving. Now I know where the casual attitude comes from.
I’ve been here before and will probably be back in the future when traveling through the area. I like the food and location. They just need some better manners when addressing their patrons.

The manager made it to the table before our waitress even did. (We had been sitting for a good 5 minutes.) After the manager brought our drinks, the server made it over and took our order. I ordered eggs, hash browns, and bacon. My husband ordered pancakes with bacon. After waiting about 20 minutes, our food finally came out. My hash browns were black and my eggs were disgustingly dry. I don’t like to complain since I work at a restaurant and I know how it is. I tried to scrape the burnt part off of the hash browns, but it distorted the taste of the whole dish. My husband’s bacon looked and tasted like it had been on the grill for 10 minutes too long. It was completely black. Our server finally asked how everything was and I asked to speak to the manager. The same one who took our drink order came over to the table and I explained what the problem was. I also mentioned that it is worth the 30 minute drive to go to Manhattan’s IHOP. He told me he’s always heard the other way around. –I just wanted my food fixed. By the time I was finished munching on my bacon, still waiting for my food to be remade, we were out of drinks. My food was brought back and by the time I finished, still no drinks. The manager asked how it tasted and I told him it was much better but would be nice if I could rinse it down. Our server then brought our check and we had to pay full price. Not that I was trying to get a discount, but just out of curiosity for having to wait so long to eat I was thinking we would get some sort of discount. But nope. Will never return to this IHOP again.

horrible the first time i went with a large group it took over an hour to get our food because the waitress lst our orders. the next time it was fairly empty monday morning and yet agian another hour for our food to come. this time the waitress was very apologetic and removed our drinks from the bill as a courtesy. however my credit card was charged 3 Times all for different amounts and i am being given the run around about getting a refund because apparently the owner is the only one who can issue a refund and no one knows when she comes in or her a way for me to speak to her personally. horrible will never come here rather travel extra and go to dennys.

I’m impressed, this location transformed and cleaned house. Our server was Ali (I think short for Alexandra) and she really put effort in ensuring we were happy. We will go back to this location because Manhattan is still in the process of catching up.

Their menu has lost some items I liked. And why does every breakfast item have to come with pancakes? It’s ok though and not the fault of the businesses.

We had the best visit to an Ihop that we’ve ever had today! Our server, Dyamond, was the best server we’ve ever had. She was very professional and had an excellent grasp of her job and the menu. Her recommendation for an appetizer was right on. She took our order promptly, accurately, and efficiently. The wait time was short and the pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hash browns were hot and delicious. We will definitely be recommending this location to our friends and will request Dyamond by name on future visits.

Eeeewww and YUK. Gross. High prices. Food was not good. Waited an hour to eat. Too busy. No personable touch. Just herd you in, take your money, and get you out.

Last time I was there it took too long for the waitress to get to our table. Once she arrived she was good. It took way too long for the food to arrive and it was sub-​par.
I didn’t know you could mess up a pancake, but these had a hard crust. Won’t be going back for quite some time

Delicious as IHOP always is. A little slow on the service. Beyond that, great.

Tried the new apple crisp which was delish, but the wait was too long almost not worth it. There was a huge line after we came in as well, but that would be because of the wait for food.

Holy cow the service is slooooooowwwwww. Waited 40+ minutes for our food and they are not even busy. Food was ok, but I expected our waiter to tell me they were out of pancakes because they were out of everything else!

Ive been here many times since they’ve opened. Sometimes its a miss but overall its a pretty good place. Their eggs are always a bit undercooked, that doesnt seem to change. The bacon is not close to being crispy, but the sausage is perfectly done. French toast, waffles and pancakes have always been good. Service is good unless its really busy, then it lags a little. Its hit and miss with the hostess as to whether they are friendly or not, but the servers have always been nice.

The service is always super SLOW. If you don’t have a lot of time go somewhere else. Food is just ok.
