Unbelievable.
The owner of this business, Jackie, killed 50 plus more of the goldfish we’ve had for 8 – 10 years. She did not take any action to save the last ones that were still alive either. This whole experience was traumatizing. My family and I spent the last few days encountering dead fish float up in our front pond every couple hours because Jackie failed to replace the water correctly. The pH was too low– she even said so.
Then she managed to blame our pond as having problems and may be the reason why this was happening.
We have raised these fish for 10 years without a problem. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that our fish started dying the day after she cleaned our pond.
To top it off, when I called her and asked her to take responsibility for it, she refused to own up to her mistake and hung up on me.
She lacks a level of professionalism. She complains of being at work and being busy. Which is why she didn’t even show up on the day she said was going to clean but 2 days after, which in fact we had to remind her for.
I honestly didn’t think it would affect me this much to lose a fish but to see our 50 plus more fish that we raised for 10 years suddenly all plopped up on water was disheartening and left a bigger mark than I thought.
They were such a treat when I would come home from work or a vacation. They remembered my face from the times I fed them to times I cleaned out their net and water as they swam toward me.
I hope no one goes through such a negative experience as we have. I understand that people make mistakes. But what truly matters is the attitude and the action they take after they have made that mistake.

I recently purchased a home with a koi pond. Every week the pipes got clogged so I called Jackie for professional advice. Jackie was great, she came out promptly, made her reccomendations and we scheduled the work. I never saw someone work so hard and take so much pride in what she does. They charge by the hour and it was worth every penny. Jackie came over a few days after the work to follow up and give me instructions. Thank you Jackie, I will use your service in the future. Jody
