Villas of Juno Beach

While I agree this place is nice outside and very quiet, I also agree this place is a total bait and switch. Within a couple months of moving in I learned rents were increasing $ 300-​$ 400 a month. I did finally receive notification that rent is going to increase $ 300. Also was never disclosed until signing the lease that the unit faced trees so had to pay an additional $ 50 for a «view» and i use that term loosely. With no front porch or patio I am excited to be leaving for a nicer place much cheaper but yet closer to the actual beach. This place is not close, there is no beach side parking. One must drive and park and then walk a good ways to the beach. Look more north on US if you want a beach house. Fixtures are very old and outdated as well as the outdated and extremely cheap appliances. Hope your garage doesn’t break because the manager will only use one guy to fix it that services only once a week so you will have to wait for days for him to come out. I’m very disappointed to have to move only after one year but don’t fall fool to the bait and switch in rent!!! Renter be warned. If you’re looking for a long term rental, this is not the place for you.

I moved to Villas of Juno last month, and could not be happier. The property as a whole is unbelievably quiet and safe, and the units are incredibly spacious. I work in Palm Beach, but find the commute to be a moot point as you absolutely cannot beat this location. It is SO convenient to everything — including (and especially) the beach. Oh and, two words: attached garage! Awesome.
Both Jan and Andrew, in the leasing office, have been nothing but respectful, thoughtful, and professional. I’ve interacted mostly with Andrew, who is a sweetheart — and very conscientious — but my dealings with Jan have been great as well.
I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Villas of Juno.
