Aqua Laser Studio

I heard about this place from a friend and looked at the website. I liked it because it was open Saturday’s. I called and the soonest appointment was 3 weeks away. I booked it. I found a groupon for it and was even more excited to try laser hair removal. I had a friend with an appointment the same day. And the week of the appt she told me Monday they called and had to cancel because they weren’t open that Saturday due to an employee emergency. No one called me. I called Wednesday to confirm my appt only to find out then that they were in fact closed and cancelling appts. I asked when they were going to call me and the guy said he wasn’t sure because he was new and training. Then I try to reschedule for the following Saturday. He tells me they are only open now 1 Saturday per month. Their groupon and website are totally misleading! So I would have to wait another 4 weeks to get an appt. So I caved and made one. Then Friday I get a txt to confirm my appt for the next day. Now I’m totally confused! Then an hour later I received a call and message that my appt needed to be cancelled due to an emergency. They notified my friend Monday but waited until the day before my appt to cancel right after confirming!!! I cancelled my future appointment and got a refund from groupon. Aqua Laser is so unprofessional and doesn’t have their sh*t together. Found out from my friend that they just cancelled her appt again and she has to wait another 4 weeks for a Saturday appt!!! So glad I never went here. Save yourself the headache and see Cindy at Delray Laser. So much better times 100!

I bought the groupon based on finding a few positive reviews of the office… had been looking to start photo facials again but am hesitant to try just any random groupon place. I bought the 2 IPL voucher and had my first appointment today with Kristi. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was able to add a pumpkin peel after the photo facial which was excellent. Also purchased their vitamin A serum to use since I cannot use Retin-​A close to treatments. They have several products available but are not pushy about it like most places. Looking forward to seeing my results over the next few days, and my next appointment.

I’m giving aqua laser studio a five star rating because of the employees and the service there. They are very good at what they do, kind hearted, and get the job done very well. The owner there, Donna is amazing at what she does as well, no doubt, but definitely don’t agree with the way she talks down to her employees and embarrasses them in front of the customers at times. I think it’s because she wants them to do their very best but still it can be done in private or in a kinder manner. Just a thought. I’m attracted to good service and kind hearted people because it’s those people that make others want to come back to them. Besides that, their treatments all work wonders and they are very professional in that sense. They will have you glowing and looking rejuvenated with GREAT results!

Thrilled I found Aqua Laser! After a year in treatment for laser hair removal at Laser Skin Solutions and shelling out 3 x the amount in cost for zero results, and I mean zero results!, you can only imagine how happy I was after finding a laser tech that made me feel comfortable but most of all I saw results after my very first visit! Im going on my fourth rotation now as part of the six treatment process and I seriously couldn’t be happier. Great place. Treatment that works! and affordable pricing.
