I just left after my 2^nd time there. The nail tech was SOOO rough and during my pedicure I inadvertently pulled away 3 times. You’d think that after the first time, she’d take a hint and be gentle — but NO. My polish job was left with brush marks and messy edges. This lady HAS been here a long time, so it’s not inexperience. Then — the same woman was charged with removing my existing gels on fingertips. After wrapping me up in foils (after my pedicure) and allowing about 3 minutes, she removed the foils and the polish was still well adhered. She proceeded to dremel the polish off. and then scrape, scrape scrape. I am now left with moguls on my fingertips.
AND — afterwards she went back to the sink, rinsed her equipment and placed it back into the type of sealed bag that is supposed to ocme out an autoclave. But trust me – it never went INTO an autoclave for sterilization.

What a disappointment. I’ve been to this salon many times in the past so when I returned to town I made an appointment immediately. Technician tried to charge me $ 30 for a regular manicure, but was stopped by front desk attendant who said it was $ 12. He said technician doesn’t speak or understand English very well. Today is 3^rd day of my manicure and all polish is popping off from the tips to middle of finger. Now I have to find time to redo them and spend more $$ for nails. Won’t return if that’s the level of technicians they hire.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The people are rude, they take forever, and it doesn’t look clean. The worst part, they don’t believe the saying that the customer is always right. When I asked for a specific way to have my nails done they told me they don’t look good like that, your hands don’t look good. That’s a horrible way to treat a customer. In addition when I complained, Nothing was done. Very bad place, skip it and go somewhere where they are customer friendly.

The people were nice (+ 1 star) but my mani/​pedi wasn’t that great. My feet were gently scrubbed and thus didn’t remove any dead skin. My manicure felt rushed and I had to ask him to clean up the skin around my nails because he had finished and they still didn’t look good. After 5 days the gel is lifting up from my nail and getting caught on my clothes. Wouldn’t go to this salon again as there are many higher quality (but similar priced) salons in the area.

Very pleased. Very clean, quick, and affordable. New to the area and couldn’t of asked for a better experience. My four year old daughter was with me and they even took time to paint her toes. Super friendly staff and I also got a great cheap eye brow wax! Definitely will be back!

Just new to the area and was in desperate need of a manicure. Finally found this place tucked away behind the tomato pie place in the plaza.
They got me right in and did a wonderful job! I am very picky about my manicures but I have to say I was impressed. And the prices are beyond great. $ 25 for a great shellac manicure… super cheap!
They don’t have all the colors in gels/​shellac as a lot of big salons but they are still great!

very nice pedi. smells good for a nail salon! good prices and very nice staff. super busy so be sure to get an appointment, but busy cuz its great :)
