Coastline Vapor

I wanted to take the time out to write a review for this place. Finding a retail company that really takes excellent care of their clients is really hard to find. Coastline goes the extra mile and sincerely does whatever it takes to make their customers happy. I have been to a lot of vape store within a 20 mile radius of Jupiter and I can say without a doubt they are top notch. I will always be a die hard Coastline customer.

The girl that works in there is cool, but the other two guys are rude. If your not in there building your own vape with a tackle box they don’t give you the time of day. I said thank you when I left, and he just stared at me like I spoke a different language. I’ll just go to DDs tobacco from now on.

Exceptional store with a large sampling bar for the huge amount of juices they carry. The selection of vaporizers is somewhat small but they’re mostly higher end, no crap that will break in a week. The salesperson that helped me, Chase, was very informative and explained everything I needed to know. He helped me pick out everything — mod, tank, coils, batteries, juices. He even explained and demonstrated the technical inner workings of the various products. When looking for a juice I was allowed to try as many as I wanted and was given recommendations to find the perfect one
I did however come on a very busy day and while Chase was extremely helpful the rest of the staff I saw was not as great. Most of the staff seemed to stay in the back regardless of how many customers walked through the door. Only after they were asked to help did they begrudgingly do so.
There is also a lounge with a pool & Foosball table this seems like a nice addition but there seemed to be a large amount of people utilizing it and not making purchases. They would also randomly interject into the conversation at strange times when I was trying to pick the right products. It made me a little uncomfortable. I am also not sure if any of these people were indeed staff or just past customers wanting to use the lounge.

Great service, great selection of juice, and friendly staff. They carry a few brands that you can’t get at other stores in the WPB area, or maybe one other carries (e.g. Cosmic Fog and Space Jam aren’t at any of the shops I frequent in WPB).
I love the lounge concept but it needs work. The execution is definitely lacking and it would be great to have a place to hang out and vape at like I used to do at cigar bars when I smoked cigars. Plus the people hanging out in the lounge area seemed childish. Not sure if they’re always there but obviously Coastline can’t be faulted for the type of clientele that use the lounge without alienating a huge demographic.
