After 7 weeks of problems with a leading cable company, I turned to Electrical Solutions for help. To say they did a stellar job wouldn’t be fair. They were excellent. We had some complications, and the owner/​partner, Ron, came over on a Saturday to troubleshoot. His guys had already had their work cut out the day before, but Ron tried a few more things before giving up. Not only that, he agreed to meet with said cable co. at my home when they came to finish up their part because he wanted to make sure it was finished off properly. His patience, co-​operation, tenacity, and dedication to customers is obvious when you meet him. As an Ex-​Gratia gesture he was going to do some of this work for free because it took so long, but I could not let him. He went the extra mile for us and I get the feeling he would for every customer. I have him coming back to change out all my lights (new home with dated lights) and troubleshoot an elevator phone. This company will go far.
